Job description: Overnight Lead Front Desk Agent:This is an Essential Position which means you are required to report to work in inclement weather, and during emergency events without delay or disruption.This is an overnight shift from 11pm to 7am Sunday through Thursday. This position is Full-time with benefits.Requirements:Must have Hospitality Front Desk Agent or Customer Service experience.

  • Demonstrates excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Demonstrates database management knowledge / skills.
  • Proficient aptitude for using MicroSoft Office application.

  • Provide best customer service practices
  • Registering and verifying guests utilizing the computer-based system. Prepare / Issue electronic card key to guests after registration; Check-in packets Guest /Visitor Badges, Parking Permits
  • Respond to all incoming telephone calls and direct to appropriate guest/staff; handle mail.
  • Respond to emergency situations.
  • Apply policies and procedures.
  • Arrange campus shuttle transportation.
  • Provide general information and guidance/directions as needed to all guests concerning campus directions.
  • Respond to guests’ inquiries, requests, maintenance and housekeeping issues and complaints.
  • Provide amenities available at the front desk.
  • Oversee the arrival and departure schedules each day.
  • Front Desk staff shall be required to lift packages no more than but equal to 20 lbs.
  • Monitor security cameras while on-duty; report suspicious per operating procedures.
  • Assist with monitoring and proper receiving of delivered goods including US Foods, staff supplies guest amenities and other Lodge deliveries; receiving of delivered good / items ; kitchen set up and clean up (Breakfast and Lunch/Dinner programs) and packaging items for incremental use
  • Assist with Daily and Monthly Reports
  • Assist with Inventory; Restocking Supplies
  • Assist with surveying Vacant guestrooms and / or common spaces; other projects as needed

Expected salary: $18 per hour
