  • Our client is seeking a dedicated, highly professional and sociable Female Front Desk Officer to join our team. As the first point of contact for our organization, you must be presentable.
  • You will be responsible for providing exceptional (prompt and courteous) customer service to everyone that comes into the organization.
  • Working hours: You will be working 4 days a week and every Saturdays. The 4 days are flexible and will be discussed at the interview stage.

The ideal candidate will:

  • Welcome and interact with visitors, clients, students and colleagues in person, over the telephone, via emails, text messages, social media chats and other communication platforms.
  • Sort out documents, keep database of students and staff records and ensure it is accurately recorded and updated timely.
  • Carry out other administrative tasks such as typing, scanning and taking minute of meetings.
  • You must be willing and cheerful in positively impacting lives daily.

Requirements
Experience:

  • A minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or other relevant fields.
  • A minimum of 2 years of practical work experience in an administrative and/or front-desk role. (Excluding NYSC year).
  • A minimum of one year experience in telephone-answering based role and face-to-face customer based interaction.
  • A certification in customer service is an added advantage.
  • Previous experience in a school is an added advantage.
  • You must be 28 years and above to apply for the role.

The ideal candidate must posses the following skills:

  • Excellent communication skills (oral, written and listening skills).
  • Excellent telephone etiquette (telemarketing skills). You must have an upbeat happy and professional voice over the phone.
  • Customer Care (Our customers satisfaction is of upmost priority. You must be able to provide excellent service to them at all times).
  • Multi-tasking skills (You will be carrying out the role of a receptionist and an administrator).

  • Organizational skills (You must be tidy. Your organizational skills must reflect your ability to sort, arrange and organize your work flow, prioritize tasks, sort out and organize documents and maintain a clean, organized and professional work environment that reflects the quality of the organization).
  • Conflict resolution skill/problem-solving (You must be able to resolve conflicts in the work place by communicating with the parties professionally and/or involve appropriate authorities.
