Position:
- Sous Chef
Compensation:
- $60-70K salary
- Paid Weekly
- Medical

Schedule requirements:
- 4 days a week between October and April (except holiday weeks)
- 5 days a week between May and September.
- 10-12 hours daily
Language requirements:
- English
- Spanish
Experience:
- 3+ years of previous line cooking experience in a high-volume upscale casual or fine-dining restaurant
- 2+ years of management experience in a high-volume upscale casual or fine-dining restaurant
- Food safety knowledge (certification preferred)
- P & L management (maintaining food costs, maximizing profitability)
- Ordering & receiving, inventory
- Staff training and motivation
- Staff scheduling (monitor daily to ensure appropriate staffing levels)
- Payroll
- Managing 5-10 people
