$18-19/hr DOE
Overnight hours, 9pm-7am, must have weekend availabilityCPS Recruitment is working with a trusted provider of pharmacy services in the Syracuse, NY area to find Overrnight Fill Technicians that will utilize robotics equipment to cater to the needs of residents in long-term care and other facilities. Be part of a well-established team serving over 50,000 individuals with prescription medications and specialty pharmacy services.Responsibilities:
- Accurately fill and package medication orders using robotic technology.
- Count, seal, and label prescription cards.
- Verify drug matches with prescription labels and handle inventory.
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations and facility.
- Assist with inventory control and restocking.
- Ensure quality assurance and meet production targets.
- Complete mandatory and regulatory training programs.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s Degree preferred.
- Prior experience in a hospital or retail pharmacy is preferred.
- Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills. Familiarity with RX systems and general medication knowledge.
- Flexibility, initiative, and adaptability are essential. Must provide excellent customer service and maintain a safe working environment.
